If you purchased Blue Diamond Almond Milk or Blue Diamond Nut Thins with “All Natural” or “Natural” listed on the packaging between May 28, 2009 to November 18, 2016 then you may be entitled to a up to a $20 Class Action Rebate! This settlement is because Blue Diamond listed “evaporated cane juice” as an ingredient; contained an endorsement from the American Heart Association; and/or did not specifically disclose the amount of almonds included in the product.
If you do not have proof of purchase, you are allowed to submit a claim up to 5 units per item per household which equals a maximum of $10 without proof of purchase.
If you have a proof of receipt, you are allowed to submit a claim up to 10 units per item per household which equals a maximum of $20 with proof of purchase.
