You know it when you see it. It’s longer than you could possibly imagine. The dreaded line at the Customer Service desk at Walmart is your nemesis.
But, change is on the horizon for Walmart shoppers looking to return merchandise. Beginning in November, Walmart shoppers will be able to scan the product they wish to return via the Walmart App, go to an Express Lane, scan a bar code, leave the product, and be done! The goal is to significantly reduce wait times down to less than one minute for the whole return process. It appears that this will begin initially for products purchase at Walmart.com and will later expand to all products purchased both in-store and online.
